It’s fall and nothing says fall more than yummy pumpkin recipes. I’ve been tweaking to find the perfect dairy-free pumpkin spice coffee creamer recipe. I think I hit the jackpot.
This pumpkin spice coffee creamer is not only dairy free, it is quite simply delicious. Literally, it’s hard to only have one cup of coffee with this heavenly flavor. That’s right, I’m an avid coffee fan and there is nothing I love more first thing when I wake up then a good, flavorful cup of coffee. Where are my other coffee loving mommas at?

- 1 cup almond milk (link to homemade one)
- 1 cup full fat coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup
- 2 drop cinnamon bark Vitality
- 1 drop Clove Vitality
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and let sit overnight. Shake well before each use.
